Lights! Camera! …..Action? Week 10 Summary

Wow, is it week 10 already? Time fly’s. And it fly’s even faster from behind the camera lens.  This week we fought desperately to get filming  done as quickly as possible, however nothing ever works according to plan.  We faced numerous challenges with conflicting schedules, class assignments, work and a pretty serious case of food poisoning on my part (I’ll spare you the gory details). Somehow, through it all we were able to finish filming and the final cut can be found here along with a more detailed telling on the last half of the process. You can also find the interview with Mack here.

In addition to that, we also worked on the finishing touches of changing everything over to Noir characters.  From now on everything will be done in Mack’s voice (Or Mich if I have to act out his female alter ego).  To go along with that I got together with a group for the last unit of ds106.  I can’t give away all the details but you can find most of it here. Lastly, to wrap up the week, there were the usual daily creates and additional commenting on 10 other students work.  The post for the extra credit assignment is also here.

Mack did great, we did it and that is all that matters 🙂 Thank you for working with the virus. Sorry we had to put you through that. I know you loved it.

Oh no! Food poisoning is actually the absolute worst. I hope you’re feeling better!
